In early 2017 the Bright Smiles expanded their team, opening a second practice in Currimundi. Bright Smiles @ Currimundi is located at Currimundi Court Medical Centre, a thriving medial precinct with ample parking that is easily accessible.
Our practices offer a proactive and preventative approach to dental care, a wide range of dental treatments and a high level of expertise. Our team members are active members of the local community and enjoy participating in community and charity events. The Bright Smiles team endeavours to promote healthy teeth and gums and provide support to the Sunshine Coast community to achieve their individual dental goals.

Our lovely team at Bright Smiles Dentistry are here to serve you and help make every visit to our beautiful practice as comfortable as possible. We are your first point of contact and will be with you throughout your dental journey, assisting you with making reservations, organising your dental treatments, liaising with your health fund for convenient on site rebates along with many other duties right down to ensuring the correct room temperature for you or ensuring the entertainment system is playing your favourite show.

Dr. Roger Zhang

Dr Roger Zhang
Dr Roger Zhang graduated from a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at James Cook University in Cairns in 2015 and spent his graduate years practicing in regional NSW. He moved up to the Sunshine Coast and has been a part of the team since 2018. Roger is well known for his cheerful and kind demeanour and prides himself in making his patients feel comfortable and attending to their every need.
With quality and patient care being centre to his approach, he enjoys teaching and ensuring his patients understand all options with treatment and making an informed decision. Outside of dentistry, Roger has a passion for all things boards and music. You will usually find him in the ocean surfing or in the snow skiing.

Dr Simon Campbell
Dr Simon Campbell is a registered dentist who excelled during his studies at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Dr Campbell joined the team shortly after we opened in 2013. Ever since, he has been an active member of the community and regularly teaches good oral health habits to children at the local school.
Simon has a genuine passion for providing the best possible dental care for his patients in a gentle and caring environment.
Dr Campbell enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, particularly orthodontics and children’s dentistry. Dr Campbell has completed a 2 year diploma in Orthodontics and is passionate about helping his patients achieve the beautiful smile they’ve always wanted with fixed braces and clear aligners.
Dr Campbell continues to attend courses all over Australia to keep up-to-date with the latest developments in dentistry, to ensure he can provide a contemporary and high standard care for all of his patients. His ongoing training has helped him give his patients the results they want.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Campbell is a passionate sports fan and also enjoys keeping fit and travelling. Most Sundays, you will find him on the cricket field.
